David celebrated his 65th birthday over the weekend. Sexy Book Editor, Dian Hanson, fetish photographer extraordinaire, Dave Naz, and his girlfriend, artist and pron star, Ashley Blue, were all on hand to feed David cake, and no doubt talking dirty to the King of talking dirty. David was decked out in his usual nursing home attire, but with some certain flair - an eye patch to help him see straight and a birthday hat that mysteriously appeared in his room before the party. From what we've seen, David did not lack for cake. Happy birthday, David. Here's to a new year!
